How to Monitor Your FlashBurn Shipment

Step 1: Review Your Inbox

Immediately after placing your order, two emails will be dispatched:

  • Purchase Confirmation: Delivered right away with your order reference and payment receipt
  • Dispatch Notification: Sent once your package is on its way, containing the tracking reference and carrier details

Be sure to inspect your inbox and junk/spam folder for messages from BuyGoods (our authorized fulfillment partner).

Step 2: Check via Our Fulfillment Partner

FlashBurn shipments are managed by BuyGoods. You can monitor your order directly on their platform:

Step 3: Check via the Shipping Carrier

With your tracking reference in hand, you can also monitor your parcel directly through the carrier’s website:

  • Preparation Time: Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days
  • U.S. Delivery: Typically 5–7 working days after dispatch
  • International Delivery: Approximately 10–15 working days (varies by destination)

Common Questions

Q: My tracking reference hasn’t arrived yet. What do I do?

Tracking references are generally issued within 1–2 business days of order placement. Check your spam/junk folder first. If nothing appears after 48 hours, reach out to our care team or contact BuyGoods directly.

Q: The tracking page shows no movement. Is my order still in transit?

Yes—it is normal for carrier systems to take 24–48 hours to register scans after a shipping label is generated. If the status remains unchanged for more than 72 hours, please write to our support team for an update.

Q: Is it possible to update my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, an address change may be possible. Contact us right away at [email protected].

Q: Carrier says “delivered,” but I don’t have my package.

Please inspect the surrounding delivery area, check with neighbors, and look in any shared mailroom or reception. Occasionally, carriers log a delivery shortly before the actual drop-off. If the parcel doesn’t surface within 24 hours, contact our care team for further assistance.
